Schedule a Consultation

Our goal is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible. We offer short term, trial based treatment plans to make sure the program is right for you. Our approach works well, but if you are not responding quickly, we will do our best to assist you in getting the help you need, wherever it may be.

We always perform a 15 minute consultation at no charge in order to determine if this approach is right for you. You can engage this in one of two ways:

1. Over the Phone: This is the most convenient. All you need to do is fill out the TMJ Impact Form online and  request a consultation time through the website. One of our trained staff will contact you and schedule a time for the doctor to call, review your condition and answer any questions. If it appears we can help, you can  then schedule an initial examination at your convenience.

2. In Person: If you have read through the materials and articles on our web-site and are fairly sure you would like to try our approach for your TMJ issue, then you can request a consultation / exam in person through the website, or call our office. The consultation  is still at no charge, but we will block out enough time for an examination on the same visit, if that is indicated after the consultation. The initial examination is $90. We will check on any insurance benefits you may have if you decide to continue on with the examination. You may fill out the TMJ Impact Form online, or arrive a few minutes early and fill it out in person.
